Having been involved with Network Marketing for a while, I would like to share some of my experiences and help explain why others might have done the same. Over a period of time I have been involved with four network marketing companies. If you never have changed companies I am sure you know someone who has. Changing companies can be stressful especially if you have a decent size downline.
Many people jump network marketing companies for various reasons. Ultimately they do it because they are not having success or feel that the grass is greener on the other side. That was the case with me. I left my first company because I became disillusioned with my one of my uplines that was considered a top leader in the company. Simply put I didn’t believe in him. I didn’t believe he could help me get where I want. I changed because the leader in the other company was somebody I believed could help me. I continued to jump looking for someone to show me what I wanted.
The reality of the issue is that none of these could help me. The problem wasn’t them, it was me, sort of. You see I wanted to know how to build a business on sound marketing principles. Friends and family can only take you so far. If you know how to market then you can reach the top. I was searching for help in the wrong places.
Having read books like Magnetic Sponsoring and The Renegade Network Marketer that made me realize there was another way of doing network marketing. I am now implementing those lessons and getting ahead of most network marketers by building an online network marketing business. In the end I came to realize that I control my own destiny. If I am going to have a successful business than I have to make it happen, not somebody else.
The lesson learned is that many network marketers feel the same way as me. They just want to learn how to build a successful business from a leader that knows how. With the advances in technology the internet is the way to become that leader and help others achieve network marketing success.
