Building a successful network marketing business requires that you develop networking skills. Whether you are getting to know people on the phone, or in person there are certain things you want to do to build rapport with that person. After all people do business with people they like and people follow leaders. Let’s discuss some of those tips.
First watch the video below:
Here are a few more tips you will find handy
1. Be friendly with others This goes along with one of the tips mentioned in the video. If you are going to be friendly then you must be smiling.
2. Project yourself with an image of confidence. If you are not confident in yourself people will not be believe in you. If you are going to build a strong mlm business then your team has to believe you are a leader. When you talk to them about the business you must sound confident.
3. When speaking with others look them in the eye. I had one friend who would say that when people look away they were lying to him. Show respect for others when they are talking to you. I know personally this was one my biggest challenges, but it can be overcome.
4. Don’t focus on your motive when networking with others. If all you are thinking about is why you are trying to network you will fail to make a connection with the other person. When meeting people simply get to know them and build a friendship with them.
5. Show genuine interest in the other person. Do this by asking questions. Ask people about their family, their occupation, and their favorite forms of recreation. When doing this try to find something in common with the other person. Do your best to really get to know the person.
6. Staying in touch is more important and more valuable than making the initial connection. Once you have made the connection build a relationship on it so that it will last by providing value to the other party.
